Next is one of the best ones, in my opinion.

This is Thieves Vitality. The big guns. Thieves oil does everything possible to support your immune system, so that it can do its job well. This oil is a POWERHOUSE! It’s the mother of the winter months oils. No home should be without this immune supporting oil! We diffuse it daily to freshen the home and boost our systems with health promoting benefits.

We also:

+ Roll Thieves on our feet at night for proactive wellness support
+ Use this to promote a healthy immune system
+ Diffuse {especially during winter months}
+ Add a drop to a teaspoon of honey to help support wellness
+ Add this to our dental routine by placing a drop on your toothbrush {We also use the Thieves toothpaste Young Living offers}
+ Add a few drops to your dishwasher to thoroughly clean dishes and eliminate odours

Digize is a blend of oils exclusive to Young Living. This blend of 8 essential oils is designed to aid proper digestive function. Oils in this blend include Ginger, Peppermint, Anise, Fennel, and Tarragon which are recognized for their ability to ease digestive discomfort. Patchouli and Juniper help balance emotions and mitigate the negative toll stress plays on our digestive function. Lemongrass is also included.

How we use DiGize Vitality:

+ Add 2-3 drops to a vegetable capsule after a meal
+ Add 1-2 drops to a spoonful of honey to support digestion after a meal
+ Apply a drop in clockwise motion to our tummies if they are upset

I am in love with this essential oil blend! This unique blend contains 3 types of Eucalyptus oils and is perfect for supporting winter wellness. I can’t say enough good things about this oil! It smells amazing. You can rub it on your feet or chest to promote normal breathing, and keep your airways happy. I like to rub a drop on my chest before a workout to promote healthy breathing while I exercise. This is an oil that we do not run out of at our house. I love to diffuse it in my kids’ rooms at night – especially during the fall and spring when we are running into all of these seasonal changes! This is one that I keep on my monthly order because I don’t want to run out!

You can also:

+ Diffuse when the seasons are changing {this is great with Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint}
+ Roll onto the chest in winter months
+ Apply to chest and wrists before your workout. Game changer!

Copaiba – This is a powerful oil from South America which has traditionally been used to aid digestion, and it is a soothing oil. It comes from trees commonly found in the Amazon rain forest. Much like Frankincense oil, this oil is collected by tapping the trees. Copaiba is a powerful essential oil that often finds itself in our first aid box next to our band-aids. Copaiba promotes overall wellness, has a mild aroma, and is a gentle oil that we love.

Copaiba is a powerhouse of an essential oil with many valuable properties:

+ Promotes wellness
+ An amazing oil for supporting muscles
+ When applied over other oils, serves as a magnifier to drive the other oil in deeper
+ Add to your lotion or shave cream
+ Gentle oil to use for children
+ Apply for a soothing feeling
+ Great for inflammation
+ Sweet, warm, honey-like scent – and it’s calming – great for skin!

Pan away

How many of you have occasional aches and pains? PanAway is a great one to use topically, directly on a trouble spot. You can rub PanAway across your lower back if you feel discomfort from sitting in front of a computer, rub on after exercise or apply to temples to ease minor head tension. PanAway contains peppermint, wintergreen, clove, and helichrysum essential oils. It gives an icy/hot feeling of relief. PanAway is great to apply after exercise or any strenuous physical activity. It includes natural menthol. Most of our husbands will quickly say this is one of their favourites!

Ways to use Panaway:

Massage into muscles after a strenuous workout
Rub on your lower back after sitting at a computer desk for too long
Add to a whipped coconut oil for a soothing muscle/joint cream (perfect for athletes or those with aching hands/knees/shoulders, elderly)
